Interdean at Cheyenne Saloon

October 15, 2009

Thank you, Mike Day of CPS Orlando for the introduction to the ladies of Interdean. Interdean, a European based company, was in Orlando attending the International Association of Movers and decided to throw their own little soiree to celebrate their 50th anniversary!

CPS and Platinum Travel truly created a 21st Century hoe-down for Interdean’s soiree as the event took place at the historic Cheyenne Saloon.

The founder of Interdean was unable to attend so Interdean’s clever marketing team created a faux “Live Link” which was displayed on the two in-house overhead screens. Engineered Events brought in two 6000 lumens projectors to insure a clear picture for this transmission and several other presentations that took place throughout the evening.

The marketing team had also wanted to play a YouTube video as part of the closing aspects of the evening. Unfortunately, the video they had downloaded was corrupt. Philip, our video guru, immediately began searching for the YouTube video. The internet connection was a bit slow so a colleague downloaded the video at our shop and drove it over to us on an I-touch – teamwork at it’s finest!

In addition to the above, we also brought in a Sony Camera to do Live I-mag of professional pool player Sarah Ellerby.

Well Done CPS and Platinum Travel, I really enjoyed watching the event from the tech booth; it was a grand affair!
