Florida Hospital Nurse Appreciation Day

Atlantic Professional Audio had the pleasure of working with Matthias Eggert again for their Nurse Appreciation Day! This is the second event that APA has done with FL Hospital in April. The event was quite large and required two separate ballrooms at the World Center.
For Room 1, which was the morning portion of the event, APA provided two Turbosound self-powered double 18 subwoofers with two Turbosound self-powered loud speakers, two rear projection 9’ x 12’ screens with dress kits, two Eiki EIP -4500 Lumen projectors, one Analog Way Pulse 8-inch dual scaler switch and one 42” WXGA 720 plasma display for a confidence monitor. Lighting was rather simple as this client preferred a more ambient look. We brought in two 12x12 truss bars with six ETC source fours per side, complete with dimmers, relay and one NSI 16x1/8x2 microplex controller.
For Room 2, which was the lunch and afternoon portion of the event, we brought in two JBL 12” two-way line array system speakers over two JBL SRX718S 18: Compact Subwoofer, two Crown 6000 amplifiers, and one Yamaha DM1000 audio console. The video and lighting was very much the same as Room 1, also with ambient lighting.
